The consumption of disposable products is getting higher due to its convenience and portability, but at the same time we worry that using disposable products is increasing waste due to its non-biodegradable character.
The most popular products such as Plastic and Styrofoam are the main pollutants which threaten our environment. The competitions products made of the material (PLA) are compostable ONLY in a commercial grade incinerator, but will not decompose naturally when buried. The reality is that most of these products are used are discarded into the trash bin and then into dumpster for natural decomposing, contributing to our pollution problem. Even utilizing the incinerator requires energy and some pollution is produced in the process .

- Most companies will not be willing to absorbe the additional cost, unless it is mandated by the federal government.
Let us tell you some of the benefits your company can expect from our products. Our product is made with natural resources and completely compostable in six months after being buried. Our products DO NOT require any extra or special industrial incinerator composting facility. Unlike other methods using food products such as corn, potato and vegetable for production, we are utilizing bye products of non-editable natural resources such as Rice Straw, Cornstalks, Sugarcane, Palm leaf, Hey, and many others. This provides an added benefit to our environment rating of the unwanted potential waste.
Our product is ultimately safe enough that after the usage and being discarded, it can be utilized as compose or use with waste food material as feed to the pigs; making it fully reusable.
Eco-friendly biodegradable products made with natural resources
We get the raw materials from nature, and they don't have to be any harmful substance. Just to be safe, the substance is sterilized while going through our manufacturing process. Our product is completely biodegradable in five to six months after being buried; also, it is very hygienic and safe to be fed to animals after its use if preferred. Several safety tests have been conducted from authorized testing companies (US FDA) allowing consumers to use this product without any concern.
Low-priced products
We shall pass the savings on to our consumer with reduced production cost with advanced technology in automated systems and pre-heated mechanism that saves on electric usage. Further, we are not using eatable food products, but able to utilize the husks, stalks and grass materials from corn, rice, wheat and
several other types of plants.
The products can endure from -20 Degrees C – 150 Degrees C , so it can be used in refrigerators or microwave ovens. It is also very strong against water and humidity, which allows for a wide range of use.
Outstanding durability
Although the product is disposable, it's very sturdy and retains its form and the quality of the product will allow multiple use(s) if desired.
Customized production
There is no standard size or shape for our molding machine which has 80 -320 moles inside allowing multiple products production at once.
Fast manufacturing time (Speed)
Our machine has been fine-tuned to produce up to 16 pieces per second for smaller cups and up to three pieces per second for a larger tray molds.
Government regulations or targets
As many countries are becoming more aware of our surrounding environment, there are more policies and benefits to using the biodegradable products and/or manufacturing of such.
The greenhouse gas emissions also contributed to by the manufacting of plastic, chemical enhanced paper products and deforestation. Fewer trees means less carbon dioxide conversion to oxygen.
With the Kyoto Protocol Policy to reduce global warming; and legislate tougher regulations on deforestation. Many companies will need to convert away from paper cups to other forms of biodegradable products. This means many existing coffee franchises will want or need to convert. This should also aide countries in emission reduction obligations.
